Get ready for the 2008 Suncoast Offshore Grand Prix Boat Race and Festival!
The downtown Sarasota event attracts thousands of people to the Sarasota area in late June and early July each year. The proceeds of the festival go to The Florida Center for Child and Family Development and The Suncoast Foundation for the Handicapped, Inc. There will be parades, a golf tournament, a special base ball game at Ed Smith Stadium, fireworks display, and the big boat race.
